1. Valid Passport

- Departure city and country
- Arrival date in Colombia
- Port of entry / arrival airport – El Dorado (BOG), José María Córdova (MDE), Rafael Núñez (CTG), or another Colombian airport
Check-MIG is tied to your specific flight. If you change flights after submitting, you may need to resubmit.
3. Accommodation Address in Colombia

- Full street address in Colombia
- City of stay

7. Valid Email Address

8. Health Declaration
Self-declaration health questions – no documentation required. Answer honestly about current health status and any symptoms.
What About Proof of Onward Travel and Funds?
The Check-MIG form itself does not ask for proof of onward travel or financial means. However, Colombian immigration officers at the airport may request:
- Return or onward flight ticket
- Proof of sufficient funds (bank statement, credit card)
- Travel insurance documentation
